The new-gen Classic 350 will be a completely all-new bike from the inside out. It will use Meteor 350's J-platform.

The bike will also feature a new meter console with Tripper Turn-by-Turn Navigation.

Mirrors are placed at different positions in both of these pictures. One has spoke wheels, the other one has alloys. Looks like it will be configurable like it is with all the RE bikes.

This is one launch I am looking forward to fed up of the vibrations on my CL350 BS 3. With all the inputs available it looks to be a refined product. Alloy wheels are what I am looking forward to for having some peace of mind.

Booked one already earlier this month, God knows what ll happen to the unsold inventory of Old Classic 350cc which would be remaining at the dealers. I smell some discounts coming. All the best.

According to the leaked document, the 2021 Classic 350 is based on a new twin downtube spine frame. It has a wider front tyre and comes equipped with bigger disc brakes (300 mm front and 270 mm rear).

The Classic 350 gets a new headlamp with pilot lamps and a redesigned exhaust. The bike features a semi-digital instrument cluster that offers Bluetooth connectivity along with turn-by-turn navigation.

Powering the Classic 350 is a revised 349cc, single-cylinder engine that produces 20.2 BHP and 27 Nm. The engine is paired with a 5-speed gearbox.

The 2021 Classic 350 will be offered in single and dual seat options. Customers will also get the option of single and dual-channel ABS.

A range of new colour options will be available with the new Classic 350.

I was hoping for LED lamps. Even if all the test mules had the regular halogen lamps.

From the above images, the GC of the bikes seems higher than the outgoing model. Essentially it is the same components with a new chassis and engine and the navigation.

The tail lamp seems redesigned. The red and chrome colour combo looks interesting.

Hopefully, it will have performance similar to the Meteor.

Overall looks like a great package, retaining the ever so loved looks of the Classic combined with that sweet engine of the Meteor. The exhaust note also sounds bassy and better than the outgoing model as well as the Meteor. If priced right, this could be the next big success story for RE. The side and rear also has a more balanced look compared to the outgoing Classic.

The highlight would be the engine transmission and chassis from the meteor (as classic and meteor are based on the same platform). RE must be praised for keeping the thumpy nature intact along with the high levels of refinement in their all new 350 engine. The engine doesn't look attractive on paper but when it's ridden (especially back to back with an UCE 350) the improvements are instantly noticeable.

Anything on weight? The side cover where the small storage compartment lies in the older bullets looks to be one made of plastic like is the case with meteor which also has front fender made of plastic. If true, I expect it to be a few kilos lighter than the current generation Clasics.

I saw in one of the early sneak peek reviews on Youtube that the weight is 195 kg.

Looks like they have played it smart by going with sticker price but all the goodies must be coming with that premium. I doubt if they are even offering tripper on other variants except Chrome.

Say I like dual ABS(halcyon) and cost of tripper + alloys (need to see what else is skipped) will take the price well over meteor. Is it worth it ?

You're right. Looks like RE is offering the Tripper module only on the Chrome variants. Maybe it could be offered as an optional extra in the future for other variants.
