In the second video, he compares the exhaust notes as well as vibrations using the cup test. The time stamps are @7:07 & @4:10 respectively.

I think some confusion is there with chrome variants. They are not absurdly priced as shown in pics before. They have maintained a steady hike across models. Chrome prices look reasonable compared to BS6 classic.

I am shell shocked with the prices, especially the chrome version.

I am hoping we can manage to customize and reduce the price somewhat.

2.51 ex-showroom translates to 3.20 on-road price in Karnataka. The 650 twins are currently around 3.5 on-road to put the new price of the 350 in perspective.

Also, what will happen to the prices of the 650 twins when the next iteration happens

It's Rs 2.15L ex showroom for chrome top end. That was a typo in presentation.

The chrome or none of the bikes come with tipper navigation. I have booked one getting delivery tomorrow. I saw the physical bike it has no tipper navigation. The bike given for media rides has it.

Royal Enfield's manufacturing plants are in Chennai, TN. The plates seem of Chennai as well. They probably registered the motorcycles to the factory and sent them out for media drives. The bikes seem to have 10k+ KMs on the odo, they might also be pre-production test units.

Just checked the RE website, Tripper Navigation is not standard. It is 5K extra option available in configuration

Even I was shocked by the pricing of the Chrome variant but like someone pointed out, that seems like a typo in the presentation.

If it had been real, that would bring it to the same segment with the RE 650.

I just checked their site and the On-road price of Chrome variant in Chennai is Rs. 2.42L

Yes, the Tripper module is being offered as an optional extra, but only on the Chrome variant. Shumi from PowerDrift said in their review that RE originally intended to offer the module on all variants, but couldn't due to the global semiconductor shortage.

Just played with the RE MiY tool. Classic 350 is one of those motorcycles that just looks better with spoke wheels hands down.

The combinations are stringent and somewhat confusing: I can't have alloy wheel on base model. I can't have Tripper on non chrome models. I can have non-machined alloys only on signals edition.
