I found this on the internet a few years ago. He has used a fender of a VW Beetle and built a rideable bike. Looks like he has used a lawnmover engine.

Looks like a fun exercise and D-I-Y job to build this thing from the ground up. Here is a video I found of the same. It truly looks like a work of art, something you can park in your living room.
