1 unit of the Honda CB300R as opposed to 8 units in the previous month. Will Honda relaunch this bike or is it just that they have imported it for some other purpose? I really wish they relaunch the bike.

Dismal figures as operations resumed after lockdown. I've heard months of waiting for new launches in the RE stable. Hope production and supplies streamline sooner.

My friend in Delhi just bought a Meteor couple of weeks back. He got the bike within days of making the first inquiry. We were told that a lot of people cancelled/held off their booking due to second wave.

Wow. this is really good comparison thread.
The 350cc retro segment is really doing good than the other 150cc above motorcycles. Honda has got some pie of it. Hopefully this will lead Yamaha to venture into that space too, also expecting few more service stations from Honda for the 350cc.

Nice and detailed in-depth reports, looks like both supply and demand have come down due to Covid impact. Also feel like this trend continues for few more months but I may be wrong too.

a4anurag, thanks for sharing this month's dispatch numbers. The current layout of the data and the charts is very easy to follow. Great job!

Thanks to the lockdowns in May, it almost feels unfair to look at the numbers and analyze them meaningfully. These really are exceptional circumstances. Hopefully it is business as usual in the coming months.

I found a few positive and hidden nuggets in the data though.

Honda has managed to dispatch a combined 50 units of their 650 twins in the last three months. Considering the outrage from the community at their price announcement, this is quite a good number. Dead on arrival was something that everyone kept mentioning at the launch. Not so.
The BS6 Kawasaki Ninja 300 makes its long awaited return. Im sure the dealerships will be happy to have their volume player back in the game.
Suzuki sent 11 units of their GSX S750. None of the clickbaity automotive sites have picked up on it yet. Now that this has been posted on the forum, dont be surprised to find a flurry of articles on it
The Trident 660 seems to be finding its footing in the market. Hopefully it can turn things around for Triumph.

I think this is the Hayabusa and not the S750, checked Autopunditz

Only 11 of the 101 are dispatched and all are delivered also! Suzuki can think of the new naked S1000 if they've time and resource after catering to the Hayabusas.

Good catch. I was wondering about the Hayabusas dispatch numbers as they werent reported in April either. I assumed that they would be reported to SIAM in June's numbers.
