Yes; spot on observation. But consider this...
After prolonged usage (
prolong is a loosely defined term) with wear & tear, Jupiter's hard suspension can get a little softer, may be as close to Access 125. So...what might happen to the already better suspension setup with Access? Gone kaput? Even softer to bottom out?
This is the problem of thinking too much!! :thumbsdown

1. I have already discussed this matter with our local dealer and waiting for his reply. I too have booked a Jupiter 125 and been waiting for the last 15 days.

So far dealers don't have any information from TVS. (Seems they are not much interested to investigate the matter deeply as looks like I am the only one asked this particular clarification).
Anyway, I have postponed the purchase to 2022 as I don't want to buy a new scooter towards the year end and label it as 2021 built.

Just bought a new Jupiter 125 after finding it's features and ride quality good and having had the 110 with niggle free experience for last many years.
There is a kick starter. And the big boot space is a big boon.

Congratulations! - Believe you are the first one to own a Jupiter 125 in this forum?

That's a good news - Does this mean that TVS started fitting kick starters on this model which were launched without a Kick starter.!!

Thanks.
Yes, I was following this thread and in fact had decided to get the vehicle even if the kick start wasn't present. Apparently the boffins at TVS must have gone thru this thread and reworked the kick start backlol:

I bought it from VIRAAJ AUTO RETAIL, Rajpur Road, Dehradun, Uttarakhand. They had quoted a price of ₹102314 OTR, including accessories. I did ask them how much for kick starter, they said we will install it within the same charge.
Next time I am there, I will check the price of just the kick starter.

I too own two Jupiters (110 cc) since last few years and I am happy with the scooter as well as the sales / service experience.
Did you find any difference in the performance of Jupiter 125 compared to Jupiter 110?

The performance of the 125 with a pillion is bit better than the 110 with single rider.
Braking of the disc brake version of 125 is much better than 110.
Hope this helps

We welcomed our 2nd Jupiter 125 today and yes there is a kick starter coming as standard. However, we will have to wait to fit the kick starter in our 1st vehicle because loose parts are not available with the dealer yet. We have Drum brakes and Alloy wheels for both the vehicles. We had Honda Aviator 2015 model twins before these and after driving 1st Jupiter 125 I felt that I must sell the remaining Aviator. Driving experience and 125cc power is unmatched against old Aviator.
Young guys are crazy for the TVS Raider and while I was in showroom for around 30 mins, many potential customers were there for the Raider.
I want to report an incident happened with our Jupiter 125. I did a tank full on Saturday 5th March, by 10 am or so and after that I traveled 8-10 kms.
On Sunday 6th, I parked the Jupiter 125 at my friend's shop and we went on his Activa for some urgent work. After coming back I saw that petrol is leaking from Jupiter 125.
I went to nearest service center immediately and they inspected the hose pipes and fuel lid. During my ride from friend shop to service center it didn't leak and during inspection no leaks were found either. Service advisor asked me whether I did a tank full, to which I replied affirmative.
He said please don't do a tank full as the petrol expands if scooter is parked in direct sunlight and then petrol leaks via the pipe provided to counter over fill. This won't happen in other scooters as fuel lid is directly over fuel tank and hence petrol won't come out. But in Jupiter 125, once petrol expands and comes near the lid, it goes down via a small pipe to prevent petrol coming out of the lid and spill on the floor board.
There is a hose pipe connecting the fuel lid and fuel tank at bottom and TVS centers advise not to fill up to brim. Other scooters have the fuel lid directly connected to fuel tank hence the possibility of leakage is remote.
I checked myself for any leaks to pipe but found none. I kept the scooter under observation for 24 hours with the help of our building security. No petrol leaked thereafter so this seems to be true.

This is indeed true for TVS scooters. Initially when I got my Ntorq, I also observed a small leak below the rear wheel after washing and wiping the scooter dry. I dismissed it first couple of times but then again, just like you, I too got intrigued by this happening.
After some research, YT videos and some poking around I found out that it's this is pretty normal and the water actually leaked from the overfill hose since there's a gap between the external lid and the bodywork. I looked beneath the fuel tank and sure enough there was a provision for the extra fuel/debris/water to leak out. Very thoughtful I must say

Took delivery of my Jupiter 125 on 10th of February and immediately I did a tank full. Since then I have driven 175 kms and fuel gauge reading shows about 30/35 % petrol still available.
There were many occasions when I had to park the scooter under direct sunlight but I didn't experience any such problem so far.
Anyway will keep watching if petrol leaks due to any reasons as mentioned and I plan to do a tank full again.
