Guys, I am fighting with Bounce on the refund. I had initiated refund online and I got a call asking why I am canceling. Just told them, I have purchased another two wheeler. But it's been over 10 days, I have not received refund. I have paid 499 and 5000.

Anyone facing problem with Bounce on refund? I have spoken three times on Bounce customer support about why I have not got refund. They keep saying processing it..

Thanks. I was planning to have a look at it after cancelling my OLA, your review almost put me off. Seems we are left with only Ather now. I do not like the new age Ather design. So wait for now.

Bounce Infinity with a 65 kmph top speed has disc brakes at both wheels. Is it overkill? Do disc brakes comes cheaper nowadays compared to drums?

Guys, Don't book bounce infinity.
I am fighting for refund on my money 5000 + 499. I called twice today. The representative says email details to bounce address. I told her, that cancellation has already been done and I am supposed to get refund a few days ago (5 to 7 business days). She says, send email and cancellation will be done. She keeps asking all questions again and again.> Pain in A. I just told the representative, I am calling from the same number as booked and refund to the same UPA account from where I had booked. The representative hung the phone..

Really annoyed.

Very unfortunate that companies do not set up the support function at the very beginning which frustrates the early adopters and potential champions of the brand.

Not sure if this is teething troubles or badly managed show, in any case I am wary of buying any big ticket item such as a vehicle over online method hence would prefer for example an Ather any day over an Ola given the horror stories we are reading daily in the Ola thread in our very own forum.

Though this scooter has some key USPs such as detachable batteries etc which would be very practical for my use, will wait a good six months minimum and book and buy it in a physical showroom (may be Bounce or any other brand) rather than go through so much of mental agony.

Go with more established players like Hero Electric and Ampere who also have detachable battery models. They have a semblance of processes and service network at least.

Bounce Infinity has tied up with Bharat Petroleum to establish 3,000 battery swapping stations across the country.

The swapping stations will be set up across 10 major cities and will also be able to support models from other manufacturers that use the same battery tech.

Bounce’s swapping stations contain four, six or nine slots, where the batteries can be stored and charged. A customer simply has to remove a fully-charged battery and re-insert the depleted battery and plug it in to charge. Bounce says it has both manned and unmanned swapping stations in its network, and in the case of the unmanned stations, all the activities are done via the company’s app.

Bounce Infinity E1 electric scooter will be available to purchase on Flipkart from July 22 onwards.

In the initial phase, this will only be available to customers in New Delhi, Gujarat, Karnataka, Telangana, and Maharashtra.
