TVS Apache RTR 200 4V now comes with an updated headlamp

TVS Motor Company has given the Apache RTR 200 4V a minor update. The motorcycle now comes with a revised headlamp.

The updated headlamp is the same unit that the company had incorporated in the Apache RTR 160 4V earlier this year. It has now been introduced on the Apache RTR 200 4V as well.

Apart from the redesigned headlamp, no other changes have been made. The TVS Apache RTR 200 4V continues to draw power from the familiar 197.75cc, single-cylinder engine. The bike has 3 riding modes - Sport, Urban, and Rain.

TVS Motor Company also provides adjustable Showa suspension with the Apache RTR 200 4V. The bike comes with adjustable front brake and clutch levers, too. Other key features of the motorcycle include Glide Through Technology, slipper clutch, double-barrel exhaust, fully digital instrument cluster with Bluetooth connectivity, and much more.

The TVS Apache RTR 200 4V is available in two variants - single-channel ABS and dual-channel ABS. The former costs Rs 1,33,840 whereas the latter has been priced at Rs 1,38,890 (ex-showroom).

What is the waiting period for Apache RTR 200 in Bangalore? I booked one 2 weeks ago and the dealer (Indian motors) is not giving a definite answer. Whenever I call them, they update me to check after 2/3 days. I am in a dilemma to cancel this and get CB300R. At least Honda dealer informs me that it will take 1 week.

Which variant did you book? I don't know about Bangalore, but here, dealers are trying to push out late '21 made single channel ABS variants giving good discounts, but there seems to be no takers.

^ It's the 4V with dual channel abs and riding modes aka all bells and whistles version. Colour is matt blue. You mean it's a flop model ?
