Is the embargo applicable only for Indian journalists ? Seeing this 24mins review, looks like someone didn't comply or there's selective restriction

Love the bike's look and seems feature rich. Would wait to see few ownership reviews to find how well RE has tested this.

Here’s the photo of the bike.

This is what I was waiting for, now I hope these are accessories and not a separate edition so that customers can choose to option some of it on their bike, like the tubeless spoke rims. I personally like this seat and tail section of this particular bike, The exhaust is different here, hope it is still street-legal. Not a fan of the headlight grill and that windscreen though.
Now I just hope they announce and showcase all these at launch and not plan to do this later.

Till now, whatever photographs we have seen, to me the black and golden combination with golden rims looks most attractive and stands out.
But the cross spoked wheels are seen only in black which if shod as an accessory will mar the looks.
If they don't come in golden, it surely will be a heartbreaker but obviously not a deal breaker.

Well, Siddhartha spoke about a lot of customer expectations: customers expected a little more refinement, more power, less weight etc. But he did not talk about the basic customer expectation of it being reliable!

So, may be too early to take the call Doc

On a serious note, I really hope this version is reliable and niggles free. Just a product what a customer can enjoy without concerns.

They've surely delivered.

Now its a 196 kilo bike instead of a 199 kilo bike.

And so much more power. Now if over the next few years, if some of them don't break in two, it will he the complete package for RE lovers.

THAT will be the final test. Not the company jamboree into the hills. With backup vehicles, mechs, spares. And drones.

The below video was being widely circulated in many motorcycling groups, prompting several discussions on what colours suit the new Himalayan 450 the best. While the Nardo grey based Slate Poppy Blue and Slate Himalayan Salt are attractive colours, the one that will probably sell the least, but at the same time, appeals to me the most, is the very tasty Kaza Brown option.

From what I have seen so far, the fit and finish of the motorcycles looks to be really good. We will have to wait for the final launch and reviews from global and Indian journalists to know more. Meanwhile Ill be busy mentally speccing up my dream variant of the Himalayan 450 - Kaza Brown paint job + cross spoke wheels + panniers + top box + OEM engine guard + OEM touring mirrors .......
