Honda Bikes

While searching for some pics I stumbled upon this..
Here are some Bike that I think Honda should consider launching in the Indian market..Though I dont know anything about Bikes I think these should have been here.

A 125cc Honda CBR..
The Bike just looks awsome. I wonder why Honda hasnt brought this beauty here..
Just have a look at it..If provided with a bigger engine it will be a Pulsor killer..And will take over the Karizma too.

Honda Cruiser 250cc..
This one is a good one too..

Hope HONDA see this pictures and start producing as soon as possible to satisfy our thirst for quality with performance bikes.

The CBR series has a whole line of exciting bikes.
Honda CBR series - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Even though HMSI belongs to the parent company, the parent company would extract royalty. AFAIK, they got a few million $s for the unicorn. The same applies to other bikes, and it should make economic sense to HMSI to bring newer models in. Looking at all the kids riding fancy bikes with all the duty paid, it sure makes sense to me. Its a matter of time before they realise the market potential for bigger better bikes.

I didnt knew that CBR had these whole series of bikes..
The reason has to be that I wasnt into bikes..
I only knew about 400 and 1000cc

But after seeing so many options..I think Honda should try and get such stuff to Indian markets too..

I mean there many people who will pay extra for the quality offered by them.
Their styling is also very good which will play a major role for it sale..

Hope to get such products soon,

Thats a great bike especially the 125cc CBR. It looks stunning. Wondering how much power does it have, they havn't mentioned it in the Tech Specs, or did I miss it . I think there are lot of 125cc bikes selling in India, so y can't one the them be like this? What takes to build such a bike, considering the engine isn't that big at least in CC. When will we have such bikes by Indian companies like Bajaj and TVS

Not many would pay over a lakh for a 125cc bike. Here 125cc bikes are seen are executive bikes.

These are not photochop pics. These are bikes Honda produce in other markets.

And just think, we had the 'Shine' instead?

But frankly, it wont sell in numbers here. IMHO, the perfect engine size to get the mix of performance and manageable is about 250cc in the Indian market. This would be too expensive for a 125. and performance wont be too great either.

Its got LIQUID COOLING, PGM- FI, SIX SPEED TRANSMISSION, FULL FAIRING (That rocks!). Would push the price over and above what we pay for the 200s and the ZMAs

YouTube - CBR 125 RR top speed
But in some of the reviews i have read, they were saying that, due to it being a single, the vibrations are really bad above 9k- 10k rpm, limiting the real world usage speeds to 110 kmph max.

Isnt Honda allowed to manufacture someting special for India..
I mean they have a tie up with HeroHonda(I think so..)
May be they can use some parts for Karizma...But with a better mechanism...As I have heard many complaints about Karizma's mechanical quality..(they may rumors..)..May be this can bring the cost down..

People do buy a Karizma..which is expensive..And now the pulsor 220 is on sale too..

I think honda should get this style out in India..
Because now-a-days its everything about Style na??

Yes. but, P220 though has come out at a stunner of a price tag.

HH karizma is a reliable machine too. Not much of mechanical problems. But the problem is that replacement of parts are expensive, and mileage is real low. For example, a broken fairing and you have to shell out 17k.

Just imagine a fully faired bike at 80k, and the fairing gets broken, which can happen easily in Indian conditions , And the owner ends up payng about 25% of the bike's cost on that alone.

That said, am in for properly styled bikes coming to India. Wish some company comes out with a proper 250cc, Rs. 1L, Fully faired bike into India.
