The KLX 150BF is a dual-purpose bike equipped with an upside-down fork suspension at the front and a mono-shock at the rear. The bike has a raised fender, an upswept exhaust, handlebars with knuckle guards and rides on wire-spoke wheels shod with knobbly tyres.

The KLX 150BF is powered by a 144cc, single-cylinder, air-cooled, 4-stroke engine that develops 11 BHP and 11.3 Nm. The engine is mated to a 5-speed gearbox. Braking is handled by petal-type discs at the front and rear.

Kawasaki’s KLX range also includes a 233cc version. It packs 19.4 BHP and 19.5 Nm and is paired with a 6-speed gearbox.

Re: Kawasaki mulling KLX 150BF motorcycle for India

If kawasaki is mulling over bringing a 150 here, I don't even want to hope for the KLX300.

But the KLX230 would be far more usable and desirable, given the niche crowd that goes for these kinds of bikes.

And the 230SM supermoto would definitely pull in more buyers and help the platform keep afloat.

It might work only if they price it right around 1.5 OTR to compete with the Xpulse 200
and collaborate with someone to manufacture it cheaply.

If they price it anywhere Higher,It won't make sense to Buy it when You can get the Xpulse 200 for Cheap and Have Hero's Peace of Mind regarding Availability of Service Centres, Except Maybe for Die Hard Kawasaki Fans.
