I was also checking this. Dominar 400/Ktm Duke/ADV 390/ NS 400Z; all three levers are direct fit for the Speed 400. By extension, all mod levers available in outside market for these bikes as well. There are videos on YouTube for the Speed 400 showing the mod with the NS400Z. It's the cheapest OEM unit currently. Or the Moxi type for KTM Adv/Duke, you can try as well. I think Triumph is overcharging and it's hard to get the MY2025 levers.
