Fantastic summary Chugh of the sprocket change in various actual use case scenarios. All of the above are sort of what I would have expected and seem imminently relatable. Nice to see you've managed a couple of trips to the mountains already.
And finally, beautiful pic!!
Came across this video of someone overseas who made the similar switch from 14T to 15T. Take it for what you will.
Don’t miss the reference to this very thread though in a screen shot of a related search done by him.

I'm having a speed 400 and feel like the gearing is short and currently going through a lot of online review to see changing the sprocket would be any good. Currently believe it is near impossible to get a 16 teeth sprocket in India, but there are sources outside of the country where 16 teeth sprockets are manufactured.
Also, with the recent launch of the speed t4, the front sprocket in it remains the same as speed 400, however, the rear sprocket is only 39. If we use this same sprocket in speed 400, ideally this should be good for cruising at low rpms on the highways. But I'm concerned that if this might have a negative impact on the motorcycle in anyway. Has anyone considered/ tried this?
Going through some sources online, "increasing 1 teeth in the front sprocket is similar to decreasing to two sprockets in the rear". Can we try the speed t4 rear sprocket in a speed 400? will this have any negative impact to the motorcycle's performance? any feedback on this is appreciated.
