the balius is an 250cc inline four (!!!!) bike producing 40bhp
the comet is a 250 cc *v-twin bike producing 30bhp (??) , has the same engine as aquila

both are in the sub 2lac bracket

i chose the balius!

the other major diff is, think balius has std 2 shocks setup while the comet has a mono shock suspesion at the rear

balius for me....nothing comes close to the sound of a inline four screaming at 15,000 rpm!!

the balius is a little faster than the comet, but overall i think the comet is a better looking and a better bike, the main thing is a Kawasaki against a Hyosung

i would choose the comet, a v-twin engine, good handling, enough power for that bike

Has the Balius been released here? Why are we even discussing this bike?

However, my vote goes to the Balius for power and Comet for styling.

Yup, it would. And if these bikes were ever to make it here...no guesses as to which one would be the best seller from this lot!!

I see a met. grey 250 Hornet almost everyday. Its just so perfect...sizewise i mean!

Damn these manufacturers!!!!
