Looking for a Suzuki Shogun Mechanic / specialist in Bangalore

A friend of mine recently brought his 10+ year Suzuki shogun to Bangalore & is looking out for a good mechanic who he could give it to for a service and some other minor repairs.

Could somebody suggest a mechanic who ideally has worked / is willing to work on the shogun?

We tried the Castrol service in koramangala but they refused to take the bike because it was old. (Think I should write my Castrol service centre woes in another thread)

Some earlier threads (2006) referred to Zen motors. Is this place still open & if yes could somebody tell me where it is located?

dude, zen motors is the place to be if you want your shogun in good shape. its on "bull temple road" in chamrajpet, near uma theatre. ask for krishnamurthy who is a wizard on the shogun and handover the bike to him. i believe that he can take care of this old beauty with whatever little spares support there is today.

You could also try Joe's automobile engineers near Cantonement area.

You can also get it checked/repaired from Yousef of BMW ( near the lal bagh gate )

On a similar topic, can someone help me where I can get Shogun Spares in Bangalore? I have a 19 year old shogun and want to replace the fuel tank, which is almost gone.
