you bike RC will consists of both chassis no. and engine no. and if u gonna change the engine it will definitely call for re-registration,
any registration is subjected to manufacturer specification and authorisation.
if u caught by the traffic police he may notice the difference in engine no. in RC as well as engine and may put u a fine or doubt it as a stolen vehicle.

so if u r ready to face the consequences and able to manage to run the vehicle without registration you can proceed.

only the engine if you really must.
Plonk on to an existing RD chassis. And dont forget to get one of Ron's FANTASTIC Digital CDI kits to keep it running nice and smooth.
