This looks like another speculative thread to me. Whats the source for this news? Is there a link to some press release? A blogging site is no such authentic source. Moreover that link does not exist.

And a liquid cooled 150cc engine? Well, the closest I can think of is the vixon, or is it vixion, which has been developed by Yamaha for asian bloc countries. However this one with all its bells and whistles (4 valves/cyl, liquid cooled et al) still produces around 14bhp. So I do not see where you got this figure of 20-22 bhp. Unless of course you are saying that Yamaha plans to develop and launch a totally new bike with a new engine for India. And even then achieving that kind of figure as you are quoting is mighty difficult as Mpower rightly pointed out.

The tires look skinny! Looks like a faired version of Gladiator.

This bike is not the R125. Note the exhaust..its conventional whereas the R125 has a moto-GP style short and stubby exhaust with a very high tail. Its either a pimped up Gladiator or the Vixion

R125 is the bike that is sold in Europe. People are showing that picture and calling it the R150, which I am doubting. Lets see. There is a cap of 125cc to teenagers in Europe.

The bike looks promising. The website has some nice details of the bike.

So the R125 is 125cc and 14PS
The R150 is 150cc and 20-22PS

The R125 exists in real, the R150 is a rumour it seems?

Too good to be true? From the spy pics, you can see that it has neither the high tail nor the short exhaust as said by Mpower.
The info from the first blog link says the bike can be expected to look like the 125, but the look from the spy pics is nowhere near it.
BTW, auto expo starts on 9th??

What teens in Europe gets to ride we ride and call them exotics here in India:(

Since Yamaha launched R1 it should be using the image of R1 to promote its smaller sibling, the R125.
