Need advice on electric scooter

Awakening this thread. slightly

One of my relatives bought a new electric scooter. Hero Optima E2.
I was looking for some kind of reports, either reviews or ownership reports or something related to Optima but we have nothing! Or I am missing something?

I have recently got one Hero Flash(Lead acid battery variant) which is being used by my sister.

I have not heard of the brand. What surprised me was the claim in the website.

You can charge the battery in just four hours and the scooter can reach top speeds of 25 km per hour as well. These batteries can be charged at home and on your laptop as well.

We are not talking about mobile phone batteries but a EV battery which needs far more power to charge than what a USB port in a laptop can give. Simple engineering fact Energy in = Energy out.

Am i missing something here?.
