@snaronikar- The on road price is 63,400. Paid 1600 more for central locking(with remote start) & got the TPC3 coating done too.

But guys there is one thing which i wanted to ask you all should i get that central locking removed? Got that installed from the dealership itself but many people around me are asking me to get it removed because its gonna destroy my battery. That central locking is from some brand known as "boss".

Should i get that removed or not?

Its something like autocop. You can start the bike from afar. Just press the button and you need not be near the bike and voila it starts.

Oh yeah Busa, have seen and used that, my neighbour has it on his P200. There is a catch to it but, wont let it out here, because this is a public forum.

1600??? In bombay i think it cost around 800-1000 if im not wrong!!

Ok, I get it. I have seen that an R1 & a VFR 800 as well. Its a pretty cool thing actually. I would love to start the bike from far when someone is standing near it or checking it out. That would really freak them out .

what's the catch buddy?

I don't know why bajaj guys charged me 1600 because even in delhi my friend got the same thing for 800bucks for his Karizma from a Hero Honda dealership itself. So, guys is there any harm with that central locking+someone even said that Bajaj sold me the chinese central locking because its from some brand known as "BOSS".

LOLS catch.. you will find out yourself. there is no harm its just that the take care during rains i think their mechanism is placed under the seats , so might be a problem during rains or during pressure wash!

@caroholic1: COngrast on your new Steed dude

A p220 will return equal or more mileage under similar riding condition than a P180 :-)

But P180 is a lot less troublesome.

OTR mean On The Road, probably he wants to know the OTR price of the bike.

What mods are you planning?

Nowadays most of the alarms in Central locking buzz for a few minutes & then switch off & then repeat after some time to avoid battery drain, find out from the dealer if it has this feature

Happy riding

Already got the first service done at 500Kms with all the pressure wash and everything still its working absolutely fine. LOL but yes before i gave it for servicing the dealer got a paper signed from me which says that if anything happens to the electronics he will not be held responsible for that.

Thanks bro.
I wanted to get a HID installed but i guess its gonna destroy the warrenty, so no mods for a few months.

Ya mine has the same feature, it gets switched off after a few mins & starts off again.
