I bought a Shoei X14 from their shop in 2016. There are many shops in the same area where a wide range of helmets and bike gear is available. No idea about car parts.

Picked up an AGV K3 SV from www.reginaspecialties.com.sg
Didn't get time to hunt for car parts. Actually, I didn't explore much after I found not much differences in the prices of electronics when compared to India. In case of the helmet, the choices in India are not much and I was particular about trying on before the purchase.
