Exhaust Problems - P180

Hi all, I have a June 2005 Pulsar 180. Over the past couple of months, I have noticed that the exhaust has worn out or whatever. I see a few cracks. And from the outlet vent, there are some black nylon threads hanging out. I have attached a couple of pics. Can someone tell me if I need to change the exhaust ? If yes, then can I fit the P200 exhaust pipe ?

Thanks and regards,

Your exhaust is totally foobard and should be changed.

Remember that any exhaust change will effect the flow rate of air thourough your engine, so changes in jetting might be required to compensate for that change.

A lean running condition can lead to many problems including a hot running engine, valve burnout, etc. So be careful.

Go to a good mech who knows what he's doing specially if your bike is your daily commute.

Cheers and Happy Riding!
