Clip-on Handlebars

I'm presently searching for clip-on bars. A friend told me about POSH clip on handlebars. It seems they fit directly onto the Yamaha RX fork. And another one called SSC Racing Clip ons.

Any idea where I could pick them from?! Addresses, spares dealers, etc

do you mean the two and three piece ones right?

of so please forget the idea and stay away from the aluminum ones a better alloys ones should be used on application for bikes the other ones are cheaper ones that wont stay on for long enough!

i have tried these on my uni and i had to resort to the OEMs!

unless you can get your hands on the better ones say direct imports with better quality makes dont look at them. even so at times they end up giving several awkward riding positions!

if you are primarily looking for the position why not look for the RD350's handle bar it might just fit in!

EDIT: on second thoughts, i think you can have a set custom made that are like 2 piece and directly bolt them to the shock nuts like the ones that are OEMs on the apache RTRs or may be try getting a set of the RTR's try if they suit you!

rider, you forgot to add that the custom built ones you had could not hold your weight and they bent and the OE handlebars are of Unicorn.

So gordon bhai, check your body weight distribution too.

Behalf of Gordon:
I've been trying to call the TVS spares dealer in Goregaon for about a week. Both numbers do not work.

Lack of time. If they do have it, I could ask them for an estimate. Going there and finding out that they do not fit would be a waste of time. Anyways, if I do plan to go towards Malad, I'll stop by at the workshop.

Any idea on the Posh Racing Clip-Ons?! Its nowhere on Google either.

well they look really good. if you can get your hands on them then they will be just great.

hey why not hit a few modification accessories shops and ask if they can source it? I mean after all the after market upgrades are all imported through links like these right? may be you could find one in the loop.
