After a long sick week it’s my weekend again, by gods grace my boxer kid recovered mush earlier and my nephew was back home on Thursday evening with some new girl friends he is just 8 months old and there are huge fans for him. Even my buddy BLB was not well when I called to speak to her generally on 13th evening, person who used to sound like Greddy headers was sounding like a diesel auto, but even my buddy has recovered and life is back to track.

I thank all you people for guessing what I was writing about, Sportygellar was the first person to guessed it right and load me to post it, was easy because my buddy knows me, and there are many others who have guessed it, but the iraghava has spotted the ball.

It’s my love, my bike its Royal Enfield’s Thunderbird. It was a dream to won that from a long time and was able to turn it to reality in Feb, 2005. I booked her on 16th and my beauty was in showroom on 20th, but the sad part was I did not get the number which goes on all my family vehicles, so finally took the delivery on March 2005.

I once again apologize to the moderator for moving my thread to different topics, I will be continuing to write about my bike as this would be listed in Test-Drives & Initial Ownership Reports and then move on to Long-Term Ownership Reviews.

Even though I paid back the final installment I am not completely happy with this type of ending, let me think something different for my next one.

I will reply back to reach of your post..

So what was it about the bullet's family that your father was not convinced ?

P.S Nice way of getting people to post in a thread. Are you into marketing ?

I am sorry, I am not able to reply to you guys on time as I am bit busy. My father did not like her because the kicker might rebound and break the ankle and he was saying that after some days oil will start leaking from engine. He was not at all happy with its weight. I am not into marketing dude, these snaps where taken when I took my Vtec’s snaps, in some corner of my heart it used to taunt me that I have not uploaded my first ride. Most of my friends and family members wanted me to go for an 800 instead of bike.

It was a huge amount for me at that time, but finally was able to manage it and get her home. She just completed 15, 000 Kms last week (you can guess how often I ride her). I have got lacquering done on her so that no one can peel of the sticker, also just by a wipe with neat cloth she will start glowing. I have got her a Philips Super white Vision.

So it was a bike, LOL, you burnt a lot of brain cells in Team-BHP.

Congrats, the bike looks good.
