I remember such waiting concept to be used for the Zma R also,
the ad looks like they are dumping the old one and bringing in the new one, hopefully Hrithik should drive from the copter itself as it wouldn't be realistic

The other day, I have gone to watch a movie in IMAX and when parked my Zma in the parking lot, there is a sea of Yellow in the parking lot. I counted the number of Zmas and the totoal is 47, out of which 23 are Yellow Zmas. So, saleswise, there is no problem for HH.
Infact Zma started selling more after the R was launched. The 220 is nowhere close in sales figures i think. Cause even here in goa suddenly I see a lot of Zma. 220 are kind of rare.

Might b a new zma?

Had visited to hero honda service centre for the servicing of my karizma.
I asked the supervisor there about the new ad of zma he gave me the answer that its the new zma with larger engine but he was unable to give the specs of the bike n engine.
but my point of view is that it might not be any thing like that.
lets wait and watch the ad again on 12th september.
lets everyone zma lover keep the fingers cross hoping that it might be new zma with larger engine capacity.

Knowing HH, I doubt a new engine is on the cards or even a FI-injected variant for that matter. Like most guys have speculated, it could well be the ad for the new Roadies season.
BTW, which channel was this ad aired on? Any idea.

ZMA- a new one???.. NAAAAAAAAAAAAAa

I don't think its a new ZMA by any means... they are only releasing a new ad for the bike. All expectations of a new bike should be laid to rest as HONDA doesn't have a FI on a 223cc.

The next model in HONDA's line-up is the twister (250 cc), which I'm sure they won't pass to HH in the near future.

As for ZMA sales; YES they've gone up... and that gives more proof for the HH theory that stickering works wonders for a product in India (or so they think). I too am among the people who bought the new one.. but not because of the stickering.

I feel the sales have increased because more people have understood that its among the better ones in the industry and as cheap as a 200 CC+ bike can get in India. The earlier models though were grossly over-priced which resulted in very few buyers.

It is not the new Karizma. But it is a HH advt. IT is also not a new product/bike launch from HH.

By the way a new CBZ Xtreme is on its way.

Yup. The new CBZ Extreme will have only new colour schemes. No change in engine. I hear it will be dual tone instead of mono tone. HH cannot do anything more then colour & sticker change. No new technology for them.

No new Karizma this year.

I was saying that this ad may not be for a bike in the first place. On the other hand, it could be the new Karizma with a bigger and FI engine. Funnily, no one caught the bike being tested either.

Somone mentioned about honda twister here, well it was launched in brazil in 2001.

If you like to read more on this, check this awsome link
The arrival of the Honda CBX 250 Twister a.k.a. Honda CBF 250.

PS: Click on the "more twister" at the end of the page to turn over.
