OOOOMMMMGGGG , My friend told me about this once , but did not believe him , but this is a such a threat to the eyes , I guess the owner likes the position of the wheelie and hence he wanted his bike alway in wheelie position , If you pop a wheelie cop would catch you 7 charge you for stunting, but will the cop catch this bike and charge him for extra long forks , hahahaha , the cop would be awstruck i guess.

Re: Weird, Wacky & Dangerous Motorcycle Modifications!

sugan how could you miss the spikes man ? Am sure cops will turn a blind eye to this contraption when on roads. They might be curious to know about the bikes details than letting the owners know that this isn't street legal.

Have actually seen one R15fied TVS apache in Chennai. It looked brilliant, as if done by TVS itself. One can't tell difference from front.
Will post pics if i see it again.

Couldn't believe my eyes. Self weight of the bike / biker should be sufficient enough to bend the fork.

Is it actual modified bike or PS image?

Re: Weird, Wacky & Dangerous Motorcycle Modifications!

My attempt at a modification.... spent a decent amount of money on the mods. However the only regret is that I could not put this contraption on the road.

let the brickbats follow

Thank you for the kind words.. .but this is an engineering disaster, the handle bars have added over 15 Kgs to the weight of the Bike. The swing arms were heavier by a few more KGS .. ++ the wide tyres... It used to take quite an effort to even push the bike.

Short answer, I have written it off. This will remain a dream for ever.

Re: Weird, Wacky & Dangerous Motorcycle Modifications!

caught this in gurgaon sometime back.
Although the finish was exquisite, the base felt wrong.
looked like a marriage between hugh grant and jason statham.
And reminded me of when we only had bullets and jawas in india,so any and all mods had to be done on them, but now??why?

Presenting the Latest Anti Theft Devices for Motor Cycles. Disc Brake Lock. Cool. But what if someone forgets to remove the Lock, and tries to ride the bike...

ssshhhh! I am sure you should have not posted that picture no matter how tempting it appeared to you. You might have just inspired Hero MotoCorp with new ideas

I think people should really restrain themselves from modifications and in this case paintification.
