How much for a 2006 Royal Enfield Thunderbird?

Hey Guys,

I am buying a second-hand Royal Enfield Thunderbird.

The model is Dec 2006 and has done 4378Kms so far. The condition of the bike is pretty good, test drove it and found nothing fishy about it.

The guy is quoting 52K rupees.

Wanted your advice on the same whether the price quoted is OK?? any information on the same would be highly appreciated.

thanks in advance

The deal seems ok as you say the bike is in quite good condition. So it has run only 4k kms in 2 years. Did you ask the owner why?
Keep in mind that resale value of REs: Std 350> Electra 4s > Electra 5s> Thunderbird.
This holds true atleast in this part of the country.
I cant speak about the avl machismos as they are quite a non existent species in the used market.

I recently bought a used Machismo A350. Is this the one with the AVL engine? I heard it was supposed to be for export markets from someone. i didnt find much information on the net about this model .
And i havent ridden any other Bullet. How does it compare to the other bullets?

Can somebody point me to download the RE Thunderbird 2006 model's service/owner manual. It would also help if you could point the technical specifications as well.
