Finding information about a RE Bullet from frame/engine number?

Hi every one. we have found a bullet lying around in the motor room of my uncles factory. it is all rusted no Resgistration number available as its is all rusted. i am sure that it is not a vintage from what i know.

is there a possible way that we can find any information with the ENGINE NUMBER or the FRAME NUMBER.

Like where it was sold to whom it was sold.

i am sure if some one has links in the RE fatory would be able to get the information about this bullet that where was it sent to after it was produced.

Any help would be apriciated

what is the chassis number?

i dont want to give out the chassis number in public?
would it be possible to do it in PM?

actually my grand pa must have known about the details of the bike. he passed away back in 1995, i was talking to my uncle he said that this might be a bike from the era of punjab terrorism...

dude, just post the first 3 numbers/alphabets and the last 3 numbers/alphabets. you can hide the digits in between. have no fear my dear.
