R15 owners check out the Official Accessories!

today i was surfing yamaha motors india website (apparels & accessories page) and found THIS

these clutch and brake lever and other stuffs are aftermarket products or options available in yamaha dealers only ?

These are original Yamaha accessories. You can get the catalog from the dealer and order them.

yes, they have a lot of other accessories for the bike like
  • Brake lever
  • Clutch lever
  • The lid for the brake fluid thing
  • seat cowl
  • Flashing led indicators
  • Blue park bulbs
  • Some accessory for the exhaust
  • Bike stand etc.

wow thats a great advantage for R15 owners to dress up the vehicles
guess i must change my plan buying zma and go for R15

does anyone have a copy of the catlouge please post it here
these stuffs coming from abroad ??

i have heard that even these standard accessories are not available in most of the places. its really difficult to find the levers in such a situation. i remember someone posting here that the golden and titanium levers were available in bangalore though. and you forgot to add the tank pads to the list.

There are a lot of accessories available i just listed out the stiff that i remember. And yes, it is pretty hard to get them. You will have to order them. They can take even months to come.

I believe the accessories are now available at dealerships in Blr. Atleast for the FZ they are available, since I checked them out at Blr Wheels last Thursday.
The brake levers look great and come at 2.2k for a pair.

The catalogs were being distributed during the "Intl Auto Show" that was held in Blr recently, will try to post it here. (Had picked up the brochures for both FZ and R15, will need to dig them out now).

man that is old news. i have already got the tank pad and the exhaust muffler in gold colour mine is a black r15 . it has been more than 4 months since i got them .these are imported by yamaha india from thailand if i remember the chit on the packing of these

the first accesory you need is a 200 cc bore and piston kit.
next is a 140 rear tire and swingarm.
