My COMET GT250!! Done just 1400Kms!!!

@speed0mania, need your help and input here. I PM'ed you with the details.

A quick question to all, there is a Comet for sale in Bangalore with a friend. It has genuinely clocked 12,400 kms. The bike is in pristine condition. He has quoted a final price of 1.2l. Would like to know if it is worth it and how about the spares. The spares is one area that has got me thinking. Please advice.
