thanks guys! love the way she looks! My only complaint is the engine note is tooo docile for something that looks so mean!
@blur: Yup one of the reasons why i didn't mind spending a little extra on it, love the yellow!
@ forged piston: its pretty much the same engine i think, not too sure on that though!

hey thanks technocrat! yup its him just spoke to him, asking for 3.5k plus shipping, for an SS straight-through glass wool type muffler, which seems fair enough!

Hey Speedo, manufacturing the exhaust isn't a problem since I have a factory where my bro will do the needful, only waiting for the design.

hey p180, manufacturing wouldn't be a problem either ways, its the design that really counts! i know i could save loads this way but i feel its better to get the thing from shakeel as its a tried and tested design. either ways keep me updated if you get the design!

ok! the endcan has been shipped! just 2 questions from the gurus :-
- Will i need to rejet as there are mixed reviews ive heard of wether i would require it or not!?
- Will removing the catcon increase emission beyond permissible levels? as a guy i spoke to who told me about shakeel initially said that he didn't have any problem getting PUC in pune 2 years ago! Also would it actually increase power from 27 to 33bhp?? seems unlikely that removing just the catcon increase it that high!?
