Matt paint , may be may be not.(it is non lasting)
you should check Matt powder coating.(it is much better)

exhaust and exhaust pipe is not painted , it is wrapped with heat resistance
cloth or what ever it is called, it keeps the temperature of exhaust gas hi to make it go easily from exhaust.

You have to get it custom made

- Mikuni Jet Kit
If you planning to use the VM28 carb you can source most of the jets locally

- Mikuni Jetting Calculator
Lol whats that... (I know what it is.. ;-) )

- 28mm K&N High-flow Air Filter
Again if you're gonna use VM 28 you'll get the filters to suit.

- Duckbill Breather Hose
Std RE item

- 26-28mm Turbulator
Don't bother with this

These are not the real performance mods. All you've listed are just very basic carb tuning mods.

planning to modify something like this but two seater
Std 350 will need a lot more than basic jetting and carb change to make it perform better!

Get in touch with this guy called Akshay Varde. He has done a lot of modifications on bullets. Maybe he can help you out with some stuff. His website is www.vardenchi.com
