How much is a used Pulsar 180 DTS-i worth?

How much is a used Pulsar 180 DTS-i with clean papers and exceptional maintenance worth?

2005 November registration, 15k on odo.

You should not pay more than Rs 25000/= I believe. The 150 sells well in the second hand market but the 180 has less takers. So you can harp on this point with the owner and get benefited.Only true blue bike lovers will think of the 180. The higher fuel consumption is a case in point for average buyers. Its much like the Fiat Palio 1.2 and the Palio 1.6. The Palio 1.6 does not find many buyers due to its thirst for fuel.

Somewhere between 20,000 to 25,000 will be a good deal if it's a well maintained bike.

my 180 dtsi is a mid 04 model... the dtsi without alloys and the fastest 180 version ever made...
i got an offer of 30k from this guy who knows bikes and i am not willing to sell as i am happy with it giving a hard time to each and every indian bike even today...
havent upgraded yet as since i bought it there has never been something as luring.

So the price is all in the mind... Choose the bike , not the price...

thanks,
but the only thing i mean when i say the above is that if someone has bought a bike, kept it well and has taken care of it, he deserves money for it.

150 kms in 7 months???

That comes to about 21 kms a months. Not even a km a day!!!!!If the bike was going to be used like this and sold then why did that guy even bother buying a bike in the first place.

Max 20k, If I had my way I wouldn't pay more than 15k. The four strokes are pretty shitty vehicles(especially the 180 pulsar). My friend has one and its in complete disarray. I drove it once and I felt like driving a truck.

The dtsi 180's were one of the best bikes that bajaj had launched. Its trouble free and has got amazing performance combined with decent fuel efficiency.

U will never get one for 15k!!!Unless its abused that badly and in a very bad shape.

This guy bought the bike and had to leave for an on-site project right after he bought it !
My question is - to some of the members who have suggested a price.
15/20/25 K in Bengaluru ? C'mon I've seen some 07/08 Pulsars (150/180)go for above 40K(depending on the kms,maintained/abused etc.). These are bought by guys who have *good* knowledge abt bikes

Oh, the bike is is MINT condition. VERY well maintained. In other words, it's a BRAND NEW bike..

This guy asked for 57K. Have brought it down to 52K~
Buying it on behalf of a cousin - who seems to be fixated by the 180(Don't know why) - Shitty gear-box/handling et.al - All seem to work for him !!!

Comments please ?
