Any idea how much does this handlebar cost?! I seem to have misplaced it after changing to the clubman.

About 280 bucks if you opt for the version without the end weights, 400 if you want the one which has provision for end weights. Prices are for RE items, I'v heard non OE handles come cheaper.

Cheers,

Jay

Damn, I'll start searching for my handlebar then. Will check among friends if anyone has a spare handlebar.

Is there any difference between two in terms of height / width / bend shape?

Heard somewhere Machimo ones were wider. Seen these have serrations going under mount clamp.

No difference whatsoever except the provision for the bar end weights.

Cheers,

Getting a bit of oil leaking from here. Is it a spoilt oil seal?

SOLVED: The clip of the pipe was loose. Tightened it and not a single drop more.

hi guys

the LOWER FRAME BALL RACE (steering cone?) is loosely fitted because the bore of chassis neck is some how increased.
now the LOWER FRAME BALL RACE just comes off or goes right in chassis neck. (normally needs a little hammering)
Royal Enfield Queries-hlffrm.jpg
last time my mechanic soldered the steering cone to fit it.

what should i do other than changing chassis or welding a new neck part?

What caused such a thing to happen? Did you have an accident?

If you want to decrease the bore, you can try welding a ring inside the neck to restore it back to its original size.

Please go through the (http://www.team-bhp.com/forum/motorb...er-head-4.html) In one post author is quoting 4.5k for new cylinder head. navin_v8 has repaired the cylinder head instead of changing.
