Dear friends,
After a long wait, I got a chance to buy a RD350. The bike is registered and located in Delhi. The papers are all clear and up-to-date.

As I am an NRI, a friend from delhi is buying it for me and getting the ownership transferred in his name.

During Oct-Nov, I have a plan to fly directy to Delhi and ride it to Kolkata, my hometown.

Now, is it possible to transfer the bike's ownership in my name even if I am not present in Delhi usuing my friend's address (I have not supporting documents)?

Secondly, if I get NOC from Delhi RTO and want to register it in Kolkata - what extra documents I may need apart from form 29 & 30.

Third, how to get clearence from NCRB?

Can anyone suggest a good RTO agent in Kolkata - a really good and reliable one.
