Hello Friends

My Friend is doing some serious mods on his cbz from past year. All the work has been done by himself . but we are kinda stuck this time. we want to install pulsars digital speedo in that . we have already brought the speedo . can i have a wiring diagram or any kind of help in installing the same ??? please:

Waiting........

Whats the wheel size of the CBZ?? As far as i know The sensors on the wheels are usually calibrated to a certain wheel size. So if the wheel size is different from that of a pulsar then you will get wrong readings.

The wheel size of the CBZ is 15" AFAIK.

Nopes, As far as I remember it's 18" wheels.
Pulsar digital speedometer is caliberated to 17" wheels I feel.

Its fairly simple, here are the connections you have to make. Any queries PLEASE REVERT BEFORE CONNECTING THE WIRES.

Power supply : -
White (Batt - direct)
Ground is black yellow wire.
the backlight is red ( 1st position i.e comes on when you switch on the pilot lamps.
Power of console(IGN ON) = Brown

Now the four lights : -
Indicators - LH - Grey RH - Green
Neutral Light - Light green
High Beam = Red Black
Side stand indicator - Orange with brown line.

Now the tacho function: -
RPM wire on console is black colour. on CBZ it must be brown/ blue/black please check

And the speedometer function
Blue with white line (Speedo sensor)
Red with white line(Speedo sensor 2)

The fuel gauge is a white yellow wire.
Get a CBZ wiring harness diagram to make it very easy.

@arpandiv Thank You Sir But From Where I CAn Find CBZ wiring harness diagram or Pulsar's ??????

1) You dont need pulsar's wiring diagram.
2) CBZ wiring diagram must be in owner's manual or service manual.
