The answer is in your question itself

@techno - Adil gets a CTC from Bajaj as well you see . We have seen that trend when he was with OD, BI and now ZW.

The top whack figure 144.3kmph is certified from VRDE. So I think this is authentic!!!!

I see a lot of questions on how the new 220 with 1PS more can have a substantially higher top end. Please understand that BHP alone means nothing. The bike has been regeared with a tall 5th cog. If I remember correctly the earliest 180 had 15bhp (14.74) and a top whack of 121kmph. The 180ug3 (17 inch wheels) had a top whack of 115kmph inspite of being 16bhp. Reason being same gear ratios coupled with a 17inch wheel. Yes the acceleration was way better 15sec to 100kmph compared to 20secs for the first 180.

That would be "cost to company". I guess he's saying Adil gets paid to write good things about Bajaj.

Well the race kit made available can be used only on track legally.

So the P220 DTSi is still the fastest production bike.

And also at what cost?! The bike is already 20-25K more than P220 and with the addition of these kits it'll be that much more costlier.
