my friend has purchased a KA-51 registered bullet in Hyd. He has the necessary papers signed from the owner. now he needs an agent in Bannarghetta who can help him transfer the ownership. any help is highly appreciated.

If your friend knows anyone in the transport department of any of the MNC's approach them. A friend of mine got everything done through some guy at the transport desk :)
