Hello bhpians,
My Bike has clocked 2700kms as of Now.Time for 2nd Free Service.

I would Like to Hear from RTR180 owners ,Whether it was OK in My Part to Ride the Bike Continuously for 200kms?Guess I am using a City Bike For Long Trips as well(without any rests)?
After 2300kms ,I was done with Running-in Exercise and started Taking Good Speeds.During the Last Trip ,Speeds was approximately from 60kmph-110kmph(after that Bike Struggles to gain speeds,may be My Weight Acting Up?

I felt some knocking while Climbing up MC Road(Kerala) hills at 60-80kmph speeds especially in half throttle.Knocking Sound gets over If I twist the throttle Fully Though.TVS service already tried tuning fuel screw(which may be the culprit) and the optimum setting is not known to Me.Any Help?And Anything I need to tell specifically on 2nd Free Service?
