I'm pretty sure that you know this but I just wanted to make sure that you keep this in mind. Don't ride the LB500 at 30-40 in top gear man. The LB500 will thump along but you will be lugging the engine. 60-70 is a safe speed for the fifth gear.

Jay yes i'm taking care that i'm not lugging the bike.this was the first thing i noticed.due to the lighter crank there is a marked difference between this and an older 350 i rode.

the dug dug at 30 has to be done at a higher rpm so that the engine doesn't load up and knocks.

Essyouwe i took the road which goes along the canal and starts well before meerut and took the highway back again at roorkee.So no idea about the highway.that road is safe for travel during the day but very unsafe at nights.

MAG9 nothing much but just going to install the Thunderbird's seat maybe.just so that it becomes a bit more comfy.thats all.else i don't want to hamper its reliability by meddling with the engine.

Even i feel that one should not mess with the bull's engine.
Its the best at STOCK.

I myself ruled out any engine mods which ever came to my mind.
Was asking you about the cosmetic mods, if any.

Cosmetically just the change to the thunderbird's seat and maybe a couple of more addons here and there.maybe a thunder bird type rear painted mudguard.the round one.and the rear brake light holder changed to the chrome one on the thunderbird.will do these in the coming week and will update with better photos.
