If I know you even a bit, it'll be modded within an year. :P

I usually take the Baghpat-Shamli-Saharanpur route. Is the canal route a lane by any bleak chance?

if you're coming by the baghpat route then come by that only.its just that i'm not fimiliar with that route that i don't take it.

otherwise the baghpat route is fantastic.i did a delhi to dehradun flat out in 4 hours a month back using that route in my civic.its another thing that my civic returned a FE of 4 during that spirited run.lol.held speeds exceeding 170 on that smooth road.

One cannot believe that its UP based on the quality of roads.

Well I have banged my head a lot over modifications. Now that i'm properly into work and soon to happen marriage has the axe hung right over my neck i'm now giving up modifying.hehe.

Like my friend Ron Chinoy said once."Dude forget Turbos, after marriage you'll be shopping for mixers and grinders instead of turbos."
And by god he's proving to be correct!

ROFL!

I usually do a 5-6 hours on that route in my Scorpio. The only problem with the route is the small 10-15 km stretch of completely broken up road and to some extent the way people suddenly jump onto the road.

Congrats on the soon to happen marriage! Hope T-Bhp has some decent representation there.

Cheers!

Who says bullets can't handle well!!

Well this morning went for a ride to mussoorie.

And my god i'm amazed by the handling of this bike.it handles so well.

I was scraping the pegs all throughout the ride and she's was taking the corners so beautifully.

and this is on the stock MRF rubber.

its a very very sturdy beautiful handler.you should just know how to handle it.thats all.

all those people who say that this bike cannot handle well don't know riding properly i'm sure.

Just feel one with the bike and its super amazing.flawlessly flowing through the corners.WOW!!

i've ridden SBKs on that road and-
I'm impressed!!

I couldn't agree more with that. The Bullet was originally designed as a trails motorcycle which could also slice through the narrow windy UK roads.

Cheers,

Scraping footpegs is easiest on a bullet.

One run on Nh-22 from chandigarh to shimla, and i reduced my footpegs rubber to half, and many times

Exactly. The first time I rode a friends bullet was near my place in Vasant Vihar is 96 and I was 50 kgs then , once i started riding it I never felt the weight. Its a beautifully balanced machine. Infact, when never felt I was cruising at 80 kmph until I saw the speedo. There were no speed breakers there during that time though .

The only time one feels the weight is when it has a puncture. I remember pushing his bullet from Kwality to Ashley hall and man both of us were dead within a km of pushing it.
Great to see you are having a ball bro. oh and Happy diwali.

Any chance you'll be in Doon anytime soon or is that hoping for too much?
