Price is usually Based on the Kms run and depends on the maintainence done and what expenses u would incur once u own one.
This model i think u can pay 38k-45k INR based on the condition of the vehicle

Classic Pulsar 180

I'm looking for a 180 02/03 model, I need it for small commutes and have previously owned a 02 model.. amazing bike. What price will a decent condition (say, i will have to spend another 3K on it) would cost in B'lore? Do you think a 20K budget (with additional expenses) is ideal for this buy?

Are you looking at the classic 180 i.e. the non DTSi one?

The DTSi was launched in October 2003.

In any case you should get either of them for 20k +- 3k for 2003 & around 15k for 2002 model.

Thanks Techno- do you think it will be a worthy buy to go for such a old vehicle? please consider it for minimum commute only.

See the DTSI V1 was one of the best made Pulsars with least number of issues, so yes going for the DTSI V1 could be good option, the spares are cheap, the mileage is decent i.e. around 40-45 & good power at tap

The DTS-i v2 were also problem free in addition to gas shocks.

Yes very true but it lacked the top speed of the V1 because of smaller wheels

I will be interested if I have a look and we come to a agreed price. PM me to arrange the same. I am in Secunderabad as well.

I am hunting for a nice, loved and cared for Bullet which will be so cared once it changes hands. Anybody wanting to part with their love PM me. Would love a 60s or early 70s but later ones can be considered as well. Not a real fan of Thunderbird design but, hey, the horse is not that different.

So, lovers, let me know if you have one to spare and we can arrange for an inspection and conversation this weekend.

Cheers...!

What would be a fair price for a 2008 Dec RE Machismo 350.

As per the owner ( I have not seen the bike) its as good as brand new.
According to me around 75K seems ok, that's a depreciation of about 30% from the new price.

Let me know what you guys think

So 75K for a 2008 model with 5900 KMs on the ODO should be ok then ?
