Looks great ! But is there a regular version that is to be launched along with this ? The grab rails are definitely not split ones (at least in the pic). I would be keen to know the pricing for this.

@OP its may be based on the Unicorn concept shown in the Auto expo .
I agree with that. The stater motor too sounds quiet unlike other Bajaj bikes that can be heard a mile away every time it is thumb-started.

Also, the new Uni that was displayed at the Auto Expo was not having mono suspension. Are they moving away from mono suspension ?

It still has mono suspension as seen in the pic on the previous page. Also how can they remove it, as it is the USP of the unicorn.

Is that all the change? Any difference in BHP?

The site has been updated:
CB UNICORN BE A WING RIDER

It says

With the 4-stroke, 150cc engine delivering a whooping 13.3 bhp, CB Unicorn is the fastest motorcycle in India racing from 0 to 60 kms* per hour in a mere 5 seconds.

Wonder why they put up a rear disc brake kit for a punny 150cc motorcycle.
Monoshock on unicorn is a piece of joke, It would be near rock like *** past 10k km.

Better if they could have improved upon its front part giving a better straight line stability, like thicker fork and a new steering head assembly along with sturdy T-stem. The new air-box is a good move. Hope they do the same with carbueration issue and chain snatch.

You forgot to add several other features like the "smart meter console" and the "3D form for the Honda wing logo"

I'm not sure if Honda is learning a trick or two around stickering from Hero Honda. The good part is that older owners should get parts relatively easily since no material parts of the bike have changed since inception. Also the maintenance free battery and air filter are good improvements which shall help further reduce maintenance on the bike.

Its the same old wine in a new bottle. Duh.

BTW, why does Honda take pride in praising all the 13.3 horses of the Unicorn while the fact is that it is the LEAST powered in it's segment ?

Honda should atleast given it an Fi unit, some more gadgetry like Digi speedos , LED lamps, etc. But that is not Honda's tradition. Stickers and fancy names are!
