Bajaj Auto launches new Discover 150 at Rs 46,000

Hi Guys,

I have a squealing sound from the front wheel (disc brake) when the bike has been idle for some hours. After around 10 km drive, the wheel becomes a bit free, though i can still hear the friction. Again when i leave the bike for a few hours, the squeal is prominent and the tyre does not rotate freely.

Took my vehicle to the service station and he says this is normal and will go off with usage as the brake pad wears off. I did not have this issue with my Pulsar earlier. Is this normal.

Amit, I get a mileage of 59. Regarding the squealing sound from disk brakes, it is not something that I had experienced, though I used to get a small krr when I brake event after riding for more than 10 km. Since you say wheel rotation is a problem, I think you should go to ASC and get it fixed.
