Oh!!! I think I gave you a incorrect message. What I intended to say is there's loads of chrome on the original one especially in the engine area (looks like UCE engine too), while, if you notice there're not much of chrome in the engine area (probably due to AVL engine). I don't intend to say anything on the quality of chrome.

@aargee: AVL means "Anstalt für Verbrennungskraftmaschinen List".

According to Wikipedia, it is an Austrian-based automotive consulting firm as well as an independent research institute. It is the largest privately owned company for the development of powertrain systems with internal combustion engines (ICEs) as well as instrumentation and test systems and also produces electric powertrains.

Why they stopped the AVL engine? My guess is that they wanted to launch the new Twinspark engine across all models.

I'm not sure who designed the UCE Twinspark? Was it AVL again?

Hey Sans

The bike looks great!! I like the tidy engine on your ride. Did you get it buffed and polished? Can you tell me the cost involved?

The engine is Aluminium color painted.
Total cost involved in painting along with helmet paint is Rs 5300.
The color is pearl white and Pearl orange...

Hey Sans,

The bike looks great. Great work to get it in this condition.

One suggestion though, get the brake peddal buffed or painted. In the right side picture of the bike that sticks out like a sore thumb on othere wise prestine bike

(May be they were just dirty at the time of photo shoot, if so please pardon me for the post)

Best Regards & Drive/Ride Safe

Ram

Hey Ram
Thanks for the appreciation.
I guess you are referring to the gear box on the left side.
Its a Tbird 2003 model ,hence brakes are on right side.
I will get that portion buffed soon.

I meant the brake peddal - Refer the first photo on poat # 34.

I guess I know what a brake pedal is .

What I meant was to look at the picture showing the right side of the bike that is in the post # 34

Best Regards & Ride Safe
