I've never faced any issue of lugging in by bullet and I pull the lever all the way back everytime. It just needs a bit of getting used to..

Sunil, you can do it either ways and as Praful has said, it does not make much of a difference. Of course the ideal way is to pull the clutch in fully as explained by EssYouWe.

My bike doesn't lug, but "jumps" a bit. I guess I'll have to get used to the riding style of fully pulling the clutch and releasing it right at the proper speeds and RPMs.

Oh yes! Itching to do a ride on the weekend. We will take it offline via PM/SMS but in short my ride is currently undergoing the 2nd stage of upgrades at Joel's. So we will surely do one once its back.
