Had saved this linky( India's leading distributor of motorcycle parts. Specialists in Royal Enfield spares and accessories. ) from one of the bullet related threads. Might be handy, give it a shot.

I had tried that link, I even emailed those fellows, but they are not at all responsive!!!.
I think Royal Enfield Zone - Distributors and Exporters of Royal Enfield Bikes, Spare Parts and Accessories from New Delhi, India :: :: :: :: Extensive range of spares and accessories for Royal Enfield Bullet, Electra, Machismo, Thunderbird, Standard is the most responsive site out there. I bought some bling bling for my bike like vintage tank monograms (not original, just look alikes), tool box monograms for a resonable price from them. Got them within a week. But recently when I enquired about a rain cover, the fellow quotes Rs 900!!!
Then from ebay, I bought an 'all weather' cover for my Bull. I am not satisfied with the product. This joke of a cover, doesn't reach till the front rims and it has already started tearing!!!

Give a try with one of those RE dealerships. They'll be able to guide to some shop at you locality that has better accessories. But only thing you may have to compromise is on the quality.

I have that leather tool box.Looks exactly as in the picture above..However the RE guys here kept on telling me that it will damage the paint on the forks so I've removed it now.
