New Battery Query for Kinetic Marvel

The battery of my Kinetic Marvel is about to die as on cell its cell is dead and the battery is soon going to be die . I want your suggestions as to which brand should I prefer? My first preference is Amaron as our m-800 is also using it and it’s a great battery so is Amaron battery available for two wheelers? If yes then kindly tell at what price. Suggestion regarding other brands are also welcome.

Hiya! From personal experience I would suggest Amaron! I would not suggest Exide to anyone. I have had 2 bad experiences with Exide. And yes with 2 wheeler batteries.

There's nothing predictable in this country; I'm using Amaron on my car for over 3+ years now. I'm using Exide on my Activa which is equally going strong.

Whatever you choose, don't choose the maintainence free battery for your two-wheeler. Reason being that, Amaron requires precisely 14V input for charging & Marvel being an old make, may not provide the required voltage for charging conking off the battery & Amaron is known for outright rejecting for this fact.

The normal one. Or you can say the lowest of the lot. Hey I'm sorry about the price da, I can't remember but I recollect a Bhpian saying it will come close to about 575 - 600 INR something. But just check.

Sorry just noticed the thread; 2.5A will cost you around 690+30 (if you return your old battery); 5A will cost you close to 1K.
