Hey, I dunno about the Avenger but I've touched the Eliminator needle to 135 kmph after which it started vibrating .... and this is with no Mods !!!

dude , we all know that the ELIM is a breed apart !
also , speedo needle readings are almost never accurate . .

I got mine, an Aug 06 model for 55k. Run about 1500 kms. Although some guys told me I paid 5k more.

But I'm happy with it. The gear falls to neutral at stoplights with a bit of difficulty but I hope to get it rectified at the next service. Mines red in colour, Mh 03 number.

I got mine, an August 2006 model, run 1500 kms for 55k. Although some guys told me I paid 5k more, I'm still happy with it. The only grouse is that it is a bit hard to change gears into neutral when the bike is stationery, like in signals. But hope to get that rectified when I give it for service.

Also one more query. Since the Avenger's engine is the same as the P 180's, is it possible to affix a RPM meter to the Avenger. If so, how and where in Mumbai?

Hi everyone..... i bought my avenger in march 2006,4.9 Kms old . Problems i m facing is that in the morning it starts after taking much time when i dont turn its petrol tank OFF in the night. Also smell of petrol alwys comes from it when i forget to turn the lid OFF. Plz help me fixing the problem . THANKS

Your carb must be getting flooded with petrol. Always remember to switch the fuel cock to off whenever u park the bike
