Nice to see a good bike with the larger drum brakes after a long time ...

There are 3 mechanics in Mumbai who i know for sure worked with the Jawa/Yezdi Showrooms

1. Aspi in Dahisar
2. Daniel in Vile Parle
3. Samad in Deonar

I have gotten work done from Aspi and Samad ...
Both do i good job ...

Daniel, I havent had a chance to work with ...

So depending on your location, u can pick and choose ..

I live in Kandivali West Link road and have a 1962 Jawa and a Yezdi 350 Twin ..

Lemme know if u need any spares ... I will surely assist u

Hi Howler,
Thats a gr8 buy friend. congrats.
As from the pic u have posted, if U need to get it to original shape, some of my advice change the below parts.
1. the original Jawa headlight doom (The bike has a yezdi classic doom),
2. original Jawa handle bar & brake/ clutch lever.
3. Original Mudguard (front)
4. Tail lamp Jawa type.
5. Rear Foot rest are from the Yezdi type, the round type will give the original look.
6. The rear shock absorbers if changed to the inside out cup type will add to the original look.
and lots of time and some other spares

U can PM me. I may be able to get some of the parts for u from Bangalore.

Any ideas how much would a Road King cost in Mumbai ? Or a CL-II

I had a CL-II and made a mistake by selling it owing to a space crunch in 1996.

Then I had a Hero Puch Turbo Sport (1992), Yezdi CL-II (1990) and a KB-100 RTZ Delta (1995) still have this, and a 1992 - 118NE

I am low on budget though I really want a Yezdi back in my life.

Any leads ???

Dear Ritesh Pawar,

RK in mumbai will be a find (good condition and resonably priced).

normal Yezdi & CL2 can get easily.

Prices recently have gone up like anything

also availability of spares is rare

But still these are the bikes
