Enfield rear sets

Before I start to design and build my own alloy rear sets, is there anyone doing this besides Hitchocks?

His suggestion was to fabricate them myself, however as I see several Clubman style bikes on this forun it seems that someone must know where to buy them. I see Anthony's Garage referred to in several posts but no contact info

Any more details rather than "someone in Delhi"? I will be there in April and would like to arrange this via phone or email so that they are ready when I arrive. I have spent far too much time with local shops trying to buy parts only to find that nothing has been done until I walk in the front door and by then it is too late to deliver before I leave.
