The 535cc high performance Forged Piston has been developed by Wössner pistons in Germany in conjunction with the legendary Swiss motorcycle tuner Fritz Egli and Jochen Sommer. So, you can safely expect a top of a line go-faster bit that works exactly as intended. What the additional capacity of the 535 forget piston will do is, it will increase both power and torque of the UCE500 engine through means of increasing the engine capacity.
Although Hitchcock is not carrying dyno charts to measure the actual power and torque gains with the 535cc forged piston, we expect a power and torque bump up of about 2 Bhp and 4 Nm from the piston with torquier performance all through the rev range. To install the forged piston, you will have to head to your local machinist and bore out the existing 500cc cylinder to 535cc. |
